Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. 
  • Collect market information and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with products or services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management to contribute to the company’s growth and success.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to secure profitable deals and close sales effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, customer support, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and product knowledge to enhance selling skills and effectiveness.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Reply to queries after understanding client requirements by maintaining marketplace terms and conditions.
  • Any other task assigned by Management.
